You’re probably wondering why do I even need to scrub/exfoliate my body, or why is bath soak even important for my skin? Well, continue reading and you will find out. Especially, if you want that beautiful, soft and kissable skin. You don’t have to use this same exact brand but I like this brand because of its natural, organic ingredients. I bought these from Winners/Homesense when I was randomly shopping.

Why use a body scrub? Well, a scrub works in various ways as you massage it over your body. A body scrub works just the same as a face scrub by exfoliating your skin to get rid of build up dirt in order for your skin to have a fresh and radiant appearance.

Is it essential? Yes, think about it. Just for the same exact reasons why you use a scrub on your face is the same reasons why you should use a body scrub.

Our skin is covered with a layer of dead skin cells. So, the moisturizer that you use needs to make its way through the layers of the dead skins cells in order to reach the top layer. If you want to have that smooth, soft and silky skin you must first get rid of the dead skin cells.

This baths scrub smells extremely delicious, yummy. The sweet scent of almond oil and vanilla.

5 great benefits of using a body scrub:

1. Smooth, softer skin.

2. Reduce the appearance of dark spots.

3. Your moisturizer/lotion will work better.

4. Minimize the appearance of large pores.

5. Skin will look more fresh and rejuvenated.

I personally enjoy adding a scoop or a handful of bath salt soak while taking a warm bath. Bath soaks are known to basically improve the cleaning of your skin, and serve as a relaxing agent. The sweet fragrance of this bath soak helps you to enjoy your bath even more.

Bath soaks also assist with detoxifying your skin while opening up those pores to gravitate any form of dirt or oil from your skin while leaving it radiant. Bath soaks are also great because of its extremely satisfying benefit of reducing stress. It helps you to relax and enjoy your bath.
