As some of us may know that kale is loaded with vitamins and antioxidants, pineapple is rich in vitamin c, and ginger helps to aid digestion. There are many other significant benefits packed all in this one green smoothie.

Prep time: 5-10 min

Serving: 1-2

Your 5 ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Pineapple (Chopped)
  • 1 1/2 Handful Kale
  • 1/4 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 Lemon (squeezed)


  1. Wash and chopped all ingredients.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender until fully blended or desired consistency.
  3. Enjoy!!!
