Smoothies are a great meal replacement, not only because it’s healthy, but also because smoothies taste so delicious.
When it comes to making your smoothie it’s so much better rather than going to those places that will make it for you; for example, Booster Juice. Firstly, it’s expensive. Secondly, you don’t know the exact amount of ingredients they’re putting into your smoothie. But by making your smoothie, you can make it to your liking and just the way you want, perfect.

Prep time: 5-10 minutes
What you need:
- 1/2 cup Strawberries (diced)
- 1/2 cup Bananas (diced)
- 1-2 tbs Natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 1/2 cup Yogurt (plain low-fat)
NOTE: Use WOW butter instead if allergic to peanut butter!
- Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender. Puree until smooth or desired consistency.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!!!
