A simple breakfast for those hectic mornings—perfect for adults and kids. Usually, most breakfast is consisted of toast, eggs, bacon, etc. But why worry about making breakfast when you can have a jar filled with healthy, nutritious goodies. Grab a jar and go!

This healthy homemade breakfast can be made ahead of time and place in your refrigerator, so all you need to do is grab the filled jar, and your favorite spoon then make your way out the door, this can also be enjoyed as a snack.

What you need:

  • 1 Wide-mouth cup/jar
  • 1/3 cup Raspberries (fresh)
  • 1/3 cup Blueberries (fresh)
  • 2 cups Yogurt (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Granola

Direction (5 simple steps):

  1. Add yogurt (1/2)
  2. Add raspberries
  3. Add rest of yogurt and granola
  4. Add yogurt
  5. Top with blueberries

You can also try these other combinations below using yogurt:

  1. Strawberry-Banana (add peanut butter for protein)
  2. Tripple berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  3. Mango-Pineapple
