TRIPLE BERRY SMOOTHIE

Start your day with a kick of this delicious triple berry smoothie with a blend of banana. It’s nutritious, packed with antioxidants and vitamins. Let’s not forget to mention that it’s healthy and refreshing. You can substitute for breakfast, afternoon snack, or dessert.

Sometimes we need to take a break from cooked meals with oil, spices and all that fatty, greasy stuff and relax with something light but filling. A smoothie is a perfect choice for that, as a matter a fact it’s effortless and easy to make. So why not limit all the hard work into cooking and instead settle for a healthy choice such as a tall glass of smoothie.

This triple berry blend smoothie is sure to be tasty and leave you feeling satisfied.


Prep time: 5-10 minutes

Servings: 1-2


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Strawberries (Diced)
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Banana (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 Plain yogurt (low-fat)

Directions:

  1. Wash fruits with water
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and secure lid
  3. Blend for 60 seconds or until desired consistency.
  4. Pour into glass and serve immediately
  5. Enjoy!!!
