Stress is common amongst most people, affecting in various ways. We all have different situations that we are dealing with throughout our lives; whether it’s work, school, home, family, friends, relationship, financial expenses; you name it. However, It’s how you deal with it that really matters. Some people don’t know how to deal with or cope with stress, and some just do not have the resources.

It is important to manage your stress as soon as you are able to identify.
